1. Automatic cut-off function for abnormal working conditions
The gas-liquid linkage ball valve is respectively set with an upper pressure limit, a lower pressure limit and a pressure drop rate to meet the needs of operation. When the pipeline pressure is higher or lower than the upper and lower pressure limits, the ball valve is automatically closed. In the event of an explosion or rupture of the pipeline, the valve will also be automatically closed when the detected pressure drop exceeds the set pressure drop rate.
2. Multiple operation modes
The gas-liquid linkage ball valve has four operation modes: manual, automatic, pneumatic and remote control. The operation mode can be selected according to the actual operating conditions to improve the safety and reliability of the valve. In manual mode, you only need to change different gears and press the handle of the hand pump to achieve switch operation; in pneumatic mode, pull the operating handle in the direction of "open left and close right" to complete the switch operation. If you use a notebook computer to set the parameters and Start the automatic function, you can realize the automatic control of the valve. If the valve is equipped with a remote remote control device (RTu), the remote control of the valve can be realized through remote signal transmission.
