     The sleeve tube of the fully welded ball valve is a short section welded to both ends of the valve. It is a transition section added to both ends of the ball valve. It is used for welding with the terminal of the submarine pipeline or the pipeline on the submarine manifold. In order to prevent the sleeve from being welded to the body of the fully welded ball valve In general, the ball valve is required to complete the welding of the sleeve tube before leaving the factory. At the same time, in order to facilitate subsequent welding with the pipeline, the sleeve tube is required to be made of the same material as the pipeline. The length of the sleeve tube must ensure that the heat generated when welding with the pipeline is not correct. The sealing performance of the welded ball valve is affected. The sleeve should be welded to the valve body before the test of the fully welded ball valve. The signal pressure point of the gas-liquid linkage actuator and the opening of the power gas source should be on the sleeve. The sleeve tube can be provided by the ball valve purchaser with the material number and requirements, purchased by the fully welded ball valve manufacturer, or provided by the ball valve purchaser to the fully welded ball valve manufacturer. 

     The connection end of the sleeve tube of the fully welded ball valve and the pipeline should ensure the suitability and weldability of the material strength (welding process qualification or welding test plate is provided). The material and wall thickness of the process pipeline connected to the ball valve shall comply with national or international standards.
